Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before visiting or using the services of The Tee Box. These terms govern your use of our facilities and services located at 408 W. 7th St., Hanford, CA 93230.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering and using the facilities of The Tee Box ("the Venue"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All bay reservations are subject to availability. Reservations must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Age Requirements

Guests of all ages are welcome at The Tee Box. However, guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required to purchase or consume alcohol. The Tee Box reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.

4. Alcohol Policy

The Tee Box holds a valid liquor license and serves alcoholic beverages responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated. Guests are prohibited from bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises. The Tee Box is not responsible for the actions of guests who consume alcohol on the premises.

5. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward staff and other guests. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. The Tee Box reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person at its sole discretion.

6. Equipment & Simulators

Guests are responsible for the proper use of simulator equipment and bay facilities. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement. Please follow all posted instructions and staff guidance when using simulator equipment.

7. Liability Waiver

By using the facilities at The Tee Box, guests acknowledge and accept that participation in golf simulation activities involves inherent risks. The Tee Box, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence.

8. Beverages

Outside beverages are not permitted on the premises unless approved in advance by management. The Tee Box reserves the right to update its drink menu and pricing at any time without prior notice.

9. Group Events & Private Bookings

Group events and private bookings are subject to separate agreements and may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance. The Tee Box reserves the right to set minimum spend requirements for private events.

10. Privacy

The Tee Box collects personal information solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communications. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. By making a reservation or signing up for our mailing list, you consent to receiving communications from The Tee Box.

11. Changes to Terms

The Tee Box reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
